At Titara Cookware, we ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK, US, and Canada. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if this applies.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
Delivery Time
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands (EU).
United Kingdom
After dispatch, delivery takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or an equivalent carrier.

United States & Canada
After dispatch, delivery typically takes an estimated 7–14 business days via international courier. These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, or other factors beyond our control.
Please note: orders shipped to the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local customs authority or courier on delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched — please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Delivery Partners
We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or an equivalent recognised carrier depending on location and availability.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas.
Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@titaracookware.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
