About Our Pans

What makes titanium different from non-stick?

Unlike PTFE (Teflon) coatings, titanium is the cooking surface itself. There's no coating to scratch, peel, or degrade. The surface only improves with use through natural seasoning.

Is this pan truly PFAS-free?

Yes. Titara pans contain zero PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. No harmful chemicals, ever.

Which cooktops does it work on?

All of them — gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, and grill.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. Titanium is highly scratch-resistant. Metal spatulas, tongs, and whisks won't damage the surface.

Do I need to season the pan?

A light seasoning before first use helps, but is not required. The pan improves naturally with cooking over time.

How does the lifetime guarantee work?

Any manufacturing defect — we replace the pan. No receipts required, no time limit, no fine print. Contact us and we'll sort it.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, delivery takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total estimated delivery time: 5–13 business days.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes — free delivery on all UK orders, no minimum spend.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Visit our Track Your Order page for more info.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. You also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How do I start a return?

Email support@titaracookware.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
