We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cookware that has been used, heated, or washed.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@titaracookware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

UK 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement free of charge and cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 12 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@titaracookware.com.

Lifetime Guarantee

All Titara pans carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects — separate from our return policy. If your pan develops a defect at any time, we will replace it free of charge. No receipts required, no time limit.
