Before first use
Preheat over medium-low heat, add a teaspoon of oil and spread evenly. Leave for 2–3 minutes. This starts the natural seasoning process.
Cooking
Use medium heat for best results. Titanium retains heat well — you rarely need maximum heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter as needed.
Cleaning
Rinse with warm water after use — food releases easily. Fully dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the seasoning.
